งานบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ มือใหม่
เพื่อก้าวสู่ HR มืออาชีพ
งานธุรการ ถือว่าเป็นตำแหน่งที่สำคัญภายในองค์กร และมีความต้องการมากในทุกๆ องค์กร งานนี้เป็นงานเบื้องหลัง มีหน้าที่ ในการรับผิดชอบที่ค่อนข้างกว้าง ทำแทบจะทุกอย่างในองค์กร ถึงแม้องค์กรจะมีโครงสร้าง และวางระบบไว้ดีเพียงใดแต่หากไร้ซึ่ง Admin ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ก็ย่อมทำให้องค์กรไม่สามารถบรรลุเป้าหมาย และเกิดผลกระทบ กับทุกภาคส่วนตามมาอย่างหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้
จึงต้องอาศัยความอดทน และความรักในงานทางด้านนี้เป็นหลัก จำเป็นต้องเรียนรู้กลยุทธ์ต่างๆ
และพัฒนาความรู้ความสามารถในการบริหารงานแบบรอบด้าน
แนวคิดหลักการจัดการงานธุรการ (Administration)
งานธุรการ เป็นกระบวนการที่มีแนวคิดหลักอยู่บนพื้นฐานของการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากร และกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภายในองค์กร เพื่อให้งานธุรการเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และมีการบริหารจัดการที่มีความเสถียรและมีการควบคุมที่ดี
คุณสมบัติของผู้ปฏิบัติงานธุรการ
ผู้ปฏิบัติงานธุรการ ควรมีคุณสมบัติหลายอย่างที่เป็นสำคัญเพื่อให้สามารถดำเนินงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพในบทบาท และหน้าที่ของงานธุรการอย่างมืออาชีพ
